ListPing is een mobiele applicatie van Geboortelijst.be BV, een Belgische vennootschap. De app laat ouders en partners toe om hun geboortelijst te beheren via hun smartphone.
De verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor uw persoonsgegevens is Geboortelijst.be BV.
Via de app verwerken wij uitsluitend de gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het beheer van uw geboortelijst:
Wij verzamelen geen locatiegegevens, geen betalingsinformatie en geen andere persoonlijke gegevens dan hierboven vermeld.
Wij gebruiken uw gegevens uitsluitend voor het uitvoeren van de dienst: het beheer van uw geboortelijst en het bezorgen van relevante meldingen.
De rechtsgrond voor deze verwerking is de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (gebruik van de app).
Wij delen uw persoonsgegevens niet met derden voor commerciële doeleinden. Uw gegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld met de winkel waar uw lijst beheerd wordt, voor zover noodzakelijk voor het beheer van uw lijst.
Wij maken geen gebruik van externe analytics- of advertentiediensten in de app.
Wij bewaren uw gegevens zolang uw geboortelijst actief is en uw account bestaat. Na het afsluiten van uw lijst kunt u ons verzoeken uw gegevens te verwijderen.
U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te laten verwijderen. Verzoeken tot verwijdering worden behandeld na het afsluiten van uw geboortelijst, aangezien de gegevens noodzakelijk zijn voor het actieve beheer ervan.
U kunt tevens bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking of een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA).

De app vraagt toestemming voor het versturen van pushmeldingen. U kunt deze toestemming te allen tijde intrekken via de instellingen van uw apparaat.
Na intrekking worden geen meldingen meer verstuurd en zal het push notification token niet langer actief worden gebruikt.
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, verlies of misbruik.
Wij behouden het recht om dit privacybeleid te wijzigen. Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen wordt u hiervan op de hoogte gesteld via de app of per e-mail.

Nous ne collectons aucune donnée de localisation, aucune information de paiement, ni aucune autre donnée personnelle au-delà de ce qui est mentionné ci-dessus.
Nous utilisons vos données exclusivement pour fournir le service : la gestion de votre liste de naissance et l'envoi de notifications pertinentes.
La base légale de ce traitement est l'exécution du contrat (utilisation de l'application).
Nous ne partageons pas vos données personnelles avec des tiers à des fins commerciales. Vos données sont uniquement partagées avec le magasin qui gère votre liste, dans la mesure nécessaire à cette gestion.
Nous n'utilisons pas de services d'analyse ou de publicité tiers dans l'application.
Nous conservons vos données tant que votre liste de naissance est active et que votre compte existe. Après la clôture de votre liste, vous pouvez nous demander de supprimer vos données.
Vous avez le droit d'accéder à vos données personnelles, de les corriger ou d'en demander la suppression. Les demandes de suppression seront traitées après la clôture de votre liste de naissance, ces données étant nécessaires à la gestion active de celle-ci.
Vous pouvez également vous opposer au traitement ou introduire une plainte auprès de l'Autorité de protection des données (APD).

L'application demande votre autorisation pour l'envoi de notifications push. Vous pouvez retirer cette autorisation à tout moment via les paramètres de votre appareil.
Après retrait, aucune notification ne sera plus envoyée et le token de notification push ne sera plus utilisé activement.
Nous prenons des mesures techniques et organisationnelles appropriées pour protéger vos données personnelles contre tout accès non autorisé, perte ou usage abusif.
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier cette politique de confidentialité. En cas de modifications importantes, vous en serez informé via l'application ou par e-mail.
